What is SWOL Kitchen?

SWOL Kitchen is a gourmet food catering company specializing in bringing gourmet flavors to meal prep, while maintaining nutritionally balanced and healthy meals that fit your lifestyle and goals.

We believe in low salt, low fat, high flavor.

What is your delivery schedule?

Deliveries are made Sundays and Wednesdays between 4pm and 8pm

Once you’ve shopped your meals, just choose the day you want them delivered.

You can order everything at once and get it all on Sunday, or you can place separate orders for Sunday and Wednesday and break it up however you like!

Place your orders at least 2 days in advance.

What will I receive?

Your meals are delivered fresh, never frozen.

Meals are packaged into microwave-safe containers, bagged, and refrigerated.

When it’s time to deliver, bags are transferred into a chilled and insulated delivery chest to keep meals refrigerated during delivery.

Upon delivery, you are urged to place your meals in the refrigerator.  You can freeze meals if you wish, however we always recommend eating them fresh!

Re-heating meals

Nobody likes dried out chicken, fish or steak, so please please please do not overheat your meals.

Microwave:  All meals come in microwave-safe containers, so pop them into the microwave with the lid on, warm them up, and enjoy!

Since all microwaves are different, warming times may vary, but 1-2 minutes should do the trick.  Test it out and make adjustments.

How long do your meals last?

Every meal is prepared fresh, packaged, and refrigerated immediately into microwave-safe sealed containers, so that they last all week long.

If you’d like, break up your order by placing a Sunday order and a Wednesday order.

Want to save on shipping?  Order everything on Sunday and pop a few in the freezer until you’re ready for them, or just leave them in the fridge, they last!

Is there a minimum order?

There is a minimum of 6 items per order, but you can choose from our entire menu!

Are your meals healthy?

With names like Healthy Greek and Melina Fitness, how could our meals be anything but healthy!?

After many years of meal prep, fitness, and competition prep, we fully understand how to create well-balanced meals and make them taste great!

We rely on fresh, clean ingredients, clean fats, nuts, healthy carbs, lots of herbs and spices, and combine flavors and textures to bring you exciting gourmet tasting meals!
